Overview
FedEx Office offers a wide range of customizable print products across multiple industries and use cases. These pages serve as critical entry points in the customer journey—helping users explore capabilities, understand options, and navigate toward the right products.
I designed and launched a new ecosystem of print solutions pages focused on improving how customers discover, understand, and engage with available offerings.

The Problem
Customers struggled to understand the breadth and relevance of available print solutions, making it difficult to confidently choose the right product.
Key challenges included:
Lack of clarity around available products and how they differ
Limited visibility into real-world use cases across industries
Difficulty identifying which solutions best fit specific needs
Disconnected pathways between discovery and product detail pages

My Approach
Evaluated customer entry points and content gaps across industries
Structured content around real-world use cases and customer intent
Designed modular page templates to support scalability and consistency
Introduced visual storytelling through custom imagery and product mockups
Aligned content and structure with SEO strategy and search behavior

Key Improvements
Designed a scalable ecosystem of industry-specific solution pages
Improved product clarity through structured content and use-case-driven organization
Introduced lifestyle imagery and mockups to visually communicate product applications
Created direct pathways into relevant PDPs to support faster decision-making
Established a modular template system to streamline future page creation
Aligned content with SEO best practices and semantic search behavior
Experience Highlights
Content-driven UX strategy across multiple industries
Visual storytelling to support product understanding
Modular design system for scalability
SEO-aligned content architecture
