Project Cover Image

Overview

The redesigned experience shifts from passive browsing to a guided booking journey, improving usability, decision-making, and conversion potential.

Discovery & Research

Without access to analytics, I conducted a structured UX evaluation using industry frameworks.

  • GA4-Based Thinking: Identified weak engagement due to unclear messaging and hierarchy

  • Clarity Simulation: Anticipated confusion from inconsistent layouts and navigation

  • UX Heuristics: Highlighted lack of design system and visual consistency

The core issue: the experience lacked clarity, cohesion, and direction.

CHALLENGES

Unclear hero messaging and value proposition

  • Inconsistent typography and visual hierarchy

  • Fragmented CTA strategy

  • No structured path for user actions (apply, book, explore)

Design Solutions & Rationale

  • Developed a clear visual direction and brand system

  • Introduced consistent UI components and hierarchy

  • Created structured pathways for:

    • talent applications

    • workshop bookings

  • Designed a cinematic, high-impact visual experience aligned with the industry

Constraints & Considerations

  • No analytics data to validate engagement patterns

  • Conceptual redesign (not implemented yet)

Approach:

  • Applied UX best practices and design system thinking

  • Simulated user behavior based on common interaction patterns

  • Focused on clarity, consistency, and scalability

Outcome

The redesigned concept elevates the experience into a cohesive, visually compelling platform that supports engagement, storytelling, and user action.

Closing

This project reflects my approach to blending UX strategy and visual storytelling to create engaging, high-impact digital experiences that communicate clearly and resonate with users.
